Bed Clothes.

--Several rogues have been impressing bed clothing from poor families on Church Hill, representing themselves as Government agents. A member of the City Council has taken the matter in hand and will endeavor to bring the rogues to justice. The Government is impressing nothing in or near Richmond. If it had to do so the impressing officers would leave their written authority with them.
