Accident on the Central Railroad.

--An accident occurred on the Central road yesterday afternoon, which came near proving to be of a serious character. The outward bound accommodation train had proceeded as far as the new Central workshops, when some derangement of the switches threw four of the coaches from the track, injuring the whole of them more or less, and tearing up several fact of the track. With the exception of a severe braise received by a lady on her nose, no other injuries were inflicted on the passengers. In consequence of the accident, the Ambulance Committee of this city, who were on their way to attend to the wants of the wounded in Saturday's battle, were compelled to return and defer their departure till this morning.
