Suspicious.

--On Sunday morning last a citizen of Henrico county, when near the Charles City line, discovered three suspicious looking men making their way down the river road, and believing them to be deserters or escaped prisoners hauled them.--They told him they were making their way to Bottom's Bridge on urgent business, and gave him to understand that he had better attend to his own business and let them alone. As he was unarmed he passed on and endeavored to get assistance to pursue them, but failed to do so. If deserters or escaped prisoners, the pickets probably encountered and captured them yesterday morning, or the night before.
