A steamer with Federal troops gone up the
Potomac.

Alexandria,Va., April 22
--A steamer, supposed to be the Harriet Lane, passed up this afternoon with troops-- the Seventh Regiment, or the troops coming round in the U. S. ship Constitution from Annapolis, where a large force was concentrated to-day from the North.
