Mayor's Court.

--George Mack, of Philadelphia, charged with burglary at the store of John G. Regnault, was arraigned yesterday but the case was continued until Friday morning at eleven o'clock in consequence of the absence of Captain James B. Pleasants, who was shot a few nights ago while endeavoring to arrest Mack and his comrades.

Nicholas Fox, charged with drunkenness. Case continued until to-day.

J. J. Horne, charged with attempting to violate the person of a little girl named Minnie Donovan, was admitted to bail in the sum of five hundred dollars for his appearance before the Hustings Court.

A. G. Babcock, charged with threatening to assault E. V. Menzel. Charge withdrawn and case dismissed.

William V. Barker, charged with threatening to kill his father, George Barker, was sent before a county magistrate.

John Traverse, for abusing and threatening Patrick Fagan and wife, was required to give security in the sum of three hundred dollars to keep the peace.

Mary Ann Brooks, arrested for disturbing the peace, was committed in default of one hundred dollars security for her good behavior.
