--A man who could just gasp out when asked to give an account of himself--‘"John Smith — Long a coming--two men--one hundred dollars"’--was found in the streets of Philadelphia, with his throat cut, on Tuesday night. He was a very respectable looking man, and probably was murdered for his money.
