The Wilmington (N. C.) Journal says nothing is known there of the loss of the Robert E. Lee. The Baltimore American, of the 13th, says she was captured by the James Adger, while trying to run into Wilmington.

John Henebry, convicted in Petersburg, Va., of the "involuntary manslaughter" of Patrick Galtaghan, of the James City artillery, has been sentenced to pay $1,000 fine, and be imprisoned six months.
