--A dispatch in Gor. Vance from Gen. Martin says the enemy have fallen back to Plymouth.

[Second Dispatch.] Raleigh,Nov. 10.--Passengers by the Geidaboro' train report, on apparently good authority, that the Yankees came up to Greenville on Sunday morning in three gunboats and took possession of the town. They said ten more boats would be up next day.
