Meeting in Alexandria.

Alexandria, Va., April 14.

--A meeting was held here last night to form a Home Guard.--A resolution to resist Northern aggression was adopted. Speeches were made by F. L. Smith, J. L. Kinzer, W. H. Fowle, and Thornton Triplett. Messrs. Smith and Fowle advocated secession; the others, a Convention to unite the Border States.
