Fake banking.

--A free banking law has passed the House of Representatives of Pennsylvania. The capital of any Bank organized under the new law shall not be less than $50,000, nor more than $1,000,000. The circulation is to be protected by deposits of United States and Pennsylvania stocks, and no notes of a less denomination than $5 are to be issued.
