Seizure of a vessel laden with supplies.

Augusta, Ga.,, March 21.
--The sloop Isabella, Capt. Jones, laden with provisions for the United States fleet at Pensacola, was seized last night.

[The seizure probably took place at Savannah, though the locality is not stated.]
