A United States revenue officer, in Springfield, has received the following "float, " which seems rather a loud one: "To Mr. Adams, I have bin sellin chestnuts by the kwart to sum of the labors, and the boys says I shall be prosecuted if i dont hev a lisens or et my chesnuts stamped onto. How much hav i got to pay fur sellin a fu chesnuts."
