Stealing a horse.

--About six o'clock yesterday afternoon, Colonel Marye rode up to Meade & Baker's drug store, on the corner of Main and Tenth streets, and, jumping off, went in for the purpose of obtaining some articles for sale therein. In a few minutes thereafter, a negro fellow, belonging to Dr. Charles Mills, jumped upon the back of the animal and rode off. He had not proceeded very far, however, before watchmen Hicks and Frauner, observing the transaction, overtook and lodged him in the lower station-house to answer the offence this morning.
