--Officer Granger arrested yesterday Ned, slave of Edgar Archer, charged with stealing one glass jar of cakes from the window of Mrs. Ryan, near the Danville depot Robert Ovan, a soldier, charged with being drunk and exposing his person in the street, was arrested by officer Seal. They were locked up in the cage till this morning.
