Going to the enemy.

--Harrison Sawyer, member of co A, 32d N. C. regiment, was brought to the city yesterday and locked up in Castle Thunder. The charge alleged against him is going to the enemy previous to the battle of Plymouth. He was captured by our forces a short distance below Richmond yesterday afternoon.
