Alarm of fire.

--The ringing of the fire bells about half-past 8 o'clock last night was caused by the burning of an out-house on the farm of some person unknown, about three miles east of the city. The firemen promptly turned out, but on learning where the fire was they soon after returned the apparatus to the engine-house.
