Court of Inquiry on the Western Campaign.

--A Court of Inquiry has been called to meet in Montgomery on the 15th inst., charged with the duty to inquire into the events of the campaigns in Mississippi and eastern Louisiana during May, June and July, and especially as to the surrender of Vicksburg and Port Hudson. The Court will report the facts, together with its opinion on the merits of each case.
