Personal Difficulty.

--On Saturday last the examination before the Mayor of Henry R. Pollard, charged with unlawfully and maliciously assaulting Thomas McMahon, in the street, was concluded. The Mayor held party blameless, but decided that both the defendant and complainant had been guilty of an affray, and required them to give ball in $1,000 each to keep the peace, which they readily did and were discharged.
