A Military Guard were interfered with by Bernard Does on Monday night last, for which watchman Hall and his partner took Does in custody and locked him up. Bernard's excuse yesterday morning was bad liquor, but that not being a valid one, the accused was held to ball to keep the peace and be of good behavior for the next twelve months.
