Sugar seized.

--The Augusta papers state that agents of the Confederate Government were on Thursday last engaged in seizing large lots of sugar in that city for the use of the Government. The price fixed as compensation is 75 cents per pound. It is also stated that large quantities of sugar have been seized in Montgomery, Atlanta, and Charleston.
