--The Berlin Punch, or ‘"Kiadderndatech, "’ brings out his last number with a Christmas tree, richly illuminated and hung with presents for the surrounding potentates of Europe, in children's frocks. Master France is enjoying his little drum, with a ‘"deficit"’ of eight hundred and twenty-nine millions, Master Yankee two hundred and twenty four millions of deficit, Master Austria one hundred and forty-six millions, Master Victor one hundred and fifty-nine millions scudi, and so on while Master Prussia, with his two big boxes of cavalry and infantry, and no deficit, is weeping bitterly, and wiping his eyes with his knuckles, crying, ‘"I want to have a deficit, too."’
