Norfolk, Jan. 13.

--I have been informed from a very reliable source that the Burnside expedition, which left Old Point on Saturday afternoon last, returned to Hampton Roads this evening, in consequence of a prevailing storm off the coast.

A high wind, with some rain, has been prevailing here since morning. B.
