A curious case of perjury was decided the other day in the conviction of a bright mulatto woman named Liza Dizon. She was for many years the places of Mr. Lucien Lartigue, and on his death attempted to secure to her son by him the deceased's property. Hence she swore the young man was white, as he looked to be, and not her son, but the son of a Gasson woman. This case has given rise to much litigation and sharp law practice, in its various features, from the beginning of the heritage suit, a couple of years since, we believe.-- Mobile Adv, and Rev.
