--John Delaney, the Pennsylvania Lincolnite, arrested near Manassas Junction by order of Gen. Beauregard and sent to Richmond, was carried before the Mayor yesterday, who, after an examination, directed that he should be sent back this morning. He will accordingly be dispatched towards the Junction, in charge of an officer, at an early hour to-day.
