Descendants of Gen. Greene.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Southern Army in the Revolution has now three great. grandsons in the service of the South, two in Virginia and one in Georgia, to which latter State they all belong. Gen. Greene was one of the most able Generals and true patriots of the times that tried men's souls, and we rejoice to see that his gallant and generous blood still flows through worthy channels.
