Important Arrests. --A man named H. B. Humphreys was recently arrested in Thomasville, Ga., having in his possession $200,000 in spurious Back bills. He was carried to Savannah and lodged in jail. Subsequently a man named J. S. Parramore was arrested, charged with being an accomplice of Humphreys.
