ng out, &c., &c, The following report of the proceedings of the Indiana, Democratic State Convention, which met at Indianapolis on the 8th inst., we copy from the telegraphic columns of the Louisville Journal. They are highly important as indicative of the tendency of public sentiment among the Democratic masses of the North: Indianapolis, Jan. 8.--The so-called Democratic Convention organized to-day with Thomas A. Rendricks as President, and Bingham, of the Sentiael, as Secretary. Iting, but his speech was coldly received, and the proposition voted down. Nominations will be made to-morrow. Indianapolis, Jan. 6.--The Convention reassembled at 2 o'clock P. M. A motion to adjourn till the 4th of July, was lost. During thn the National banner, and sends the greeting of every Democrat for their future achievements in coming contests.
