The wagon roads are in a horrible condition. Sallust. [Second Dispatch.] Ringgold, Nov. 26, (via Dalton, Nov. 27.) --Among the killed at Missionary Ridge were Cols. Porcher, of South Carolina, McConnell, of Georgia, and Bullock, of Florida. Cols. Ruddler, of Georgia, and Tyler, of Tennessee, were wounded. Col. Claudius Wilson, of Georgia, died to-day of disease. Sallust. [Third Dispatch.] Resaca, Nov. 29. --The enemy retired to Ringgold after their bloody defeat by Gen. Cleburne, who captured 300 prisoners, four flags, and killed and wounded 1,500. Their advance is now at Ringgold, and our advance is near them. They destroyed the bridge when they retreated. The Confederate army is in position at Dalton and in front of it. From east Tennessee. Bristol, Nov. 30. --The latest advices from Knoxville are up to Wednesday evening.--They state that Longstreet was shelling the place furiously. All the machine shops at the depot have been destroyed by the enemy, and all the non-combatants had left the city. The advices state that the enemy are on short rations. The weather is very cold., and the mountains covered with snow.
