From Tennessee. Atlanta, July 3. --It is reported that Rosecrans is felling back, and that Bragg is reoccupying Tullahoma with heavy force. There has been no raid on the railroad in East Tennessee. [Second Dispatch] Atlanta. July 4 --It is considered certain that Morgan has played havoc with Rosecrans's rear. An important movement is taking place in Gen. Bragg's army, but it is not prudent to mention particulars. [Third Dispatch] Atlanta, July 4 --Braggle headquarters are at Bridgeport. The Tennessee river will be the future line of defence. It is supposed that Huntsville and the Memphis and Charleston Railroad will be abandoned.
