Can any thing better exhibit unconscious patriotism than these extracts? Mattapoisett Incorporated May 20, 1857. Population in 1860, 1,483; in 1865, 1,451. Vrs to volunteers who enlist for three years and are credited to the quota of Mattapoisett.
