Alabama resources. --Sulphur and Sulphurie Acid.--We learn that the Montgomery Mining Manufacturing Company, chartered at the last session of our State Legislature, contemplate connecting with their copper works, now nearly completed in Talladega county, chambers for the condensation of the sulphur illuminated during the preparation of the ore for the process of concentration by which the copper is obtained. We have just seen some very pretty specimens of the brimstone obtained from the iron and copper pyrites, which they are mining, and are assured by the gentleman in charge that the bed is both extensive and rich. The iron and copper pyrites of England have long been a source from which great quantities of sulphuric acid were obtained, and there are works in Baltimore in which iron pyrites alone is used for the production of this commodity in great quantities.
