ork News. A "rebel mail carrier" was captured by the Yankees near Culpeper, Va., on the 16th inst. A large quantity of letters to prominent officers in the Southern service were found in the mailbag, also about ten thousand dollars in Confederate bonds. The carrier said his name was Granville W.
