The Louisiana Legislature. Baton Rouge, La., Nov. 26 --In the Senate to-day a joint resolution was introduced by Mr. Moore, approving of the Governor's recommendation to the banks to suspend specie payments, and to issue the Confederate States Treasury notes in the place of their bank notes. The resolution also provides for the submission of the question to the popular vote of the people of Louisiana.
