For a violation of the second section of this act, either by a planter or commissioner of the revenue the offender shall be deemed guilty of demeanor, punishable by a due of not less then ten dollars for each offence. 5. It shall be the duty of the judges of the Circuit Courts and of the attorneys of the Commonwealth in the County Courts to give this act specially in charge to the grand juries of the several counter; and it shall be the duty of the commissioners of the revenue to inform the Attorneys for the Commonwealth in their respective counties of all violations thereof which may come to their knowledge; and the said Attorneys shall cause the offenders to be prosecuted. 6.
