r before William F. Watson, a Commissioner of this Court, an account of all matters in his hands, or under his control, as Receiver as aforesaid, approbated under the act of Congress entitled. "An act for the sequestration of the estates, property, and effects of often enemies, and for the indemnity of citizens of the Confederate States, and persons aiding the same in the existing war with the United States," approved Aug. 30th, 1861; and to make and state an account and settlement, under oath, of his collection of moneys and disbursements, under the set aforesaid: And it is. Further Ordered, That the Marshal of this Court cause to be published in the Richmond Enquirer, Examiner, Dispatch, and Whig, for four weeks consecutively before the said day of settlement, a copy of this order, and that the Clerk of this Court send a copy of each of said newspaper to the District Attorney of the Confederate States for this District.
