ard of said Hall's house, including said Hall's family to form one district to be called the West District. Your Committee further recommend that one schoolmaster be employed to each District through the year, and that two schoolmistresses be employed in each district for the term of 6 mos. in each year. Your Committee further recommend that a School Committee be chosen by the Town to consist of three from each district with full power to carry the foregoing arrangements into effect. John P. Clisby.
