Honor to the Second Iowa.--The following despatch from Major-Gen. Halleck, is honor enough for the Iowa Second:
St. Louis, February 19, 1862. Adjutant-Gen. N. B. Baker:
The Second Iowa infantry proved themselves the bravest of the brave!
