Arrival of Yankee prisoners. --A number of the prisoners captured in the recent battle at Bull Run were brought down to Richmond on the Central road on Tuesday night. The Bull Run prisoners numbered 101 men, and consisted of 33 commissioned officers and 68 privates. The former, though many of them protested against the supposition, were all considered officers of Pope's army.
