Headquarters, Lexington, Missouri, October 14th [1864]. I hereby notify the citizens of Lexington and vicinity that I am here now for the purpose of enlisting all those who are subject to military duty, and organizing them into companies, battalions, etc., with authority from Major-General Price. All those subject to duty will report to me at the Court House immediately. L. L. Bedinger, Captain and Recruiting Officer.
