He resided on the westerly side of Ash Street, which estate he sold partly to Edmund Frost, 1649, and partly to Richard Eccles, 1651; at both which dates he resided in Rowley. 2. Simon, perhaps brother to Thomas (1), embarked for New England in the Susan and Ellen 18 Ap. 1634, then a. 26, with w. Ann, a. 25, and son Thomas, a. 8 weeks. (Coll. Mass. Hist. Soc., XXVIII., 26.) His children b. in Camb. were Simon, b. Aug. 1637; Joseph, b.--Feb. 1638-9. Simon the f. was Selectman, 1636, 1638. He resided at the corner of Brattle Street and Brattle Square, nearly where the old Brattle house stands. He d.—Sept. 1639, a. 31; his w. Ann m. Rev.
