The remains of the late President. St. Louis, Missouri, December 22. --The remains of President Lincoln were removed yesterday from the receptacle vault at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Springfield, to the new vault erected hear the site of the proposed monument. The remains of Mr. Lincoln's two children were placed in the same vault. Robert Lincoln and the directors of the National Monument Association were present at the removal.
Heavy robbery in Philadelphia. Philadelphia, December 22. --The safe at the Sanitary Commission was found robbed this morning of six thousand four hundred and fifty dollars in United States five-twenty and seven-thirty bonds. They were the property of John W. Wilson, the chief clerk.
