A Grand Jury Presenting a State's Attorney. --The Baltimore (Md.) Sun, of the 5th instant, says that, on Tuesday, the Grand Jury presented Milton Whitney, Esq, the State's Attorney, for malfeasance in office under the Constitution, in relation to his fees of office, and also for dereliction of duty in the case of Erasmus Levy, recently tried for murder.
